PillQare has 28 compartments , each for one dose. Your days of autonomy depend on how often you take medication.

The app automatically alerts you when it's time to refill the pillbox, so you can always plan ahead with peace of mind.

PillQare remote monitoring is an optional 24/7 service designed to watch over the most vulnerable users. When a medication intake is missed and no response follows the sound and visual alerts, our monitoring team is automatically notified.

A professional agent Analyzes the situation in real time and can contact a family member, caregiver, or emergency services if needed.

It's a discreet yet very real presence that quickly acts when something's wrong preventing risks and reassuring families.

When a user doesn't take their medication on time, PillQare triggers a first alert locally: an audible signal sounds and a light changes color (green to orange), prompting them to take their dose.

If no button is pressed and the dose remains in its compartment after a set time (programmable), an SMS alert is automatically sent.

One or more trusted contacts (caregivers, family members) receive a message on their phone, informing them in real time of the missed dose.

They can then respond quickly—checking remotely if everything is okay or calling the person directly.

The user (or their caregiver) can configure:

- The delay before the SMS alert (eg, 15 or 30 minutes)
- The number(s) to notify
- The type of alert to send (discreet or urgent)

If no action is detected after the SMS alert, telemonitoring can take over

You can cancel your PillQare subscription at any time with no fees or commitment . Simply contact our team via the app, by phone, or by email. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current month.

Once confirmed, you'll receive instructions on how to return the pill dispenser if you rented it. We're here to support you every step of the way.

If you miss a dose, the compartment stays closed to prevent errors or double dosing. When it's time for your next dose, PiillQare automatically moves to it safely. The app records the missed dose, and if you've enabled notifications, a loved one receives an SMS alert or telecare is notified (Serenity plan).
